Comfortable cotton leggings have become a casual wardrobe staple for women over the last few years as a go-to bottom for weekend wear.  You can slip on your favorite pair of leggings with flip-flops and a T-shirt dress and be ready to run out the door.  I have about 10 pairs of black leggings that I love to wear as much ass possible! I’ve always worn leggings as a casual separate, but new styles with sequins and shimmer look great for evening.  If you love the way leggings look on you, consider dressy leggings with a mini and heels for your next evening outing!  I found a couple pairs of evening leggings at Express that are affordable and fashionable.
